San Antonio, TX – Six Injured in Collision on I-35 | Rasansky Law Firm

San Antonio, TX (March 18, 2020) – A family was seriously injured in an early morning collision involving a wrong-way driver. At around 3 a.m., on March 17, the San Antonio Police Department was called to a major motor vehicle collision on Interstate 35.

Preliminary reports surrounding the incident find that a drunk driver was traveling in a pickup truck down the wrong way of the interstate. The vehicle crashed head-on into a car near the Interstate 37 exchange.

A family of six people inside the car was seriously injured. Two adults and four children had to be extricated from the vehicle. All six were rushed to area hospitals with injuries.

The driver of the truck was subsequently arrested and charged for this incident.

The San Antonio Police Department is currently investigating.
