No law firm wanted to do their various retreats virtually in 2020. But many did, and many had success. While it might have worked out of necessity, there’s a sense this year that firms find real value in bringing their lawyers together in person. The American Lawyer spoke with several law firm leaders about what they were planning on doing for their respective firm’s various retreats in 2021 and the consensus was they want to get people back together.
